Job Description

As an IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
  • Ensuring robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with industry standards.
  • Developing and executing IT policies and procedures to support business operations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for IT equipment and services.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the IT team to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the IT infrastructure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Manager should have:
