Job Description

* Gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders

* Partner with delivery teams on solution design, system implementation, and quality assurance activities

* Manage requirement changes effectively to minimize impact on ongoing projects

* Support business leads throughout project lifecycle and ensure deliverables meet expectations

* Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users

* Prepare clear documentation for processes, requirements, and solutions

The Successful Applicant

* Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis roles

* Background in financial services or insurance is required

* Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

* Advantageous experience in finance or account‑related system projects

* Strong insurance domain understanding

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Able to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
