Job Description



Investor Relationship Management (Client-Facing Core)

  • Act as a primary day-to-day contact for institutional and professional investors
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term investor relationships through proactive engagement
  • Handle investor queries with high responsiveness and professionalism



Investor Communications & Reporting

  • Lead preparation and delivery of investor communications including:
    • Monthly/quarterly performance reports
    • Investor letters and updates
    • Tailored responses to investor requests
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy of all external communications



Investor Materials & Data Oversight

  • Own and continuously enhance investor presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and data room content
  • Ensure materials are updated, high-quality, and aligned with firm messaging
  • Maintain CRM systems and investor records with strong data integrity



Operational Investor Support

  • Oversee subscription/redemption processes in coordination with internal teams and fund administrators
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience for investors
  • Monitor investor-related workflows to improve efficiency and service quality



Meetings & Roadshow Coordination

  • Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and portfolio updates
  • Support senior management in investor engagement activities (no direct fundraising targets)
  • Prepare briefing materials and talking points for meetings



Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with investment, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accurate information flow
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and external investors



ODD & Governance Support

  • Oversee updates and responses to operational due diligence requests
  • Ensure completeness and quality control of ODD materials

The Successful Applicant



Experience

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, asset management, or investment banking
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with institutional investors
  • Prior exposure to hedge funds, private markets, or asset management preferred



Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines



Language Skills

  • Strong proficiency in English and Putonghua (written and spoken)
