About Our Client

Our client, a leading banking institution in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Investment Specialist to join its Wealth Management team. The successful candidate will partner closely with Relationship Managers to provide professional investment advisory services to affluent and high-net-worth customers, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored investment solutions.

Job Description

  • Provide expert investment advisory services and portfolio recommendations to affluent and high-net-worth clients.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to identify investment opportunities and deepen client relationships.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and needs-based financial analysis for customers.
  • Promote a wide range of investment products
  • Deliver market updates, investment insights, and asset allocation recommendations based on market trends and clients' risk profiles.
  • Ensure all investment recommendations comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and suitability standards.
  • Support branch and wealth management teams in achieving investment revenue and business targets.
  • Organise client seminars, investment workshops, and market outlook events to enhance client engagement.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory developments.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or retail banking/private banking
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio construction.
  • Holder of relevant regulatory qualifications, including:
  • HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 (or equivalent)
  • IIQE qualifications preferred
  • Proven track record in investment sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
