The firm combines a long-term investment philosophy with a hands-on approach to value creation, partnering with exceptional founders and management teams.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced investment professional to join the Hong Kong team and take ownership of deal sourcing, investment execution, portfolio monitoring, and strategic initiatives.Job DescriptionPartner directly with the Principal on investment strategy and portfolio construction.Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities across public and private markets.Conduct investment research, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessment.Generate investment ideas and provide recommendations across multiple asset classes.Monitor portfolio performance and recommend portfolio optimization strategies.Maintain relationships with investment banks, asset managers, fund managers, family offices, and industry participants.Coordinate external advisors and service providers as required.Prepare investment materials and present recommendations directly to the Principal.Support strategic initiatives and special projects on an ad hoc basis.
