Job Description

Reporting to the Investment Director, you will support the Group's principal investment, growth equity, private equity, and M&A activities globally. Responsibilities include conducting market research and industry analysis, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, developing investment theses, performing financial modelling and valuation analysis, coordinating due diligence processes, supporting transaction structuring and execution, and preparing investment committee materials.

The role will also involve monitoring portfolio performance, supporting value creation initiatives, and working closely with senior management, portfolio companies, and external advisors across Asia, North America, and Europe. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to strategic decision-making and deliver high-quality analysis in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline from a globally recognized top-tier university.
  • MBA, Master's degree, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience gained at a top-tier Investment Bank, Private Equity firm, Sovereign Wealth Fund, Pension Fund, Asset Manager, or other leading institutional investor.
  • Strong track record in direct principal investments, private equity, growth equity, and M&A transaction execution.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, execution, and portfolio management.
  • Advanced financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Native or near-native fluency in both Mandarin and English is strongly preferred.
  • High academic achiever with strong commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance investment environment.
