Responsibilities include conducting market research and industry analysis, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, developing investment theses, performing financial modelling and valuation analysis, coordinating due diligence processes, supporting transaction structuring and execution, and preparing investment committee materials.The role will also involve monitoring portfolio performance, supporting value creation initiatives, and working closely with senior management, portfolio companies, and external advisors across Asia, North America, and Europe.
