Job Description

Data Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth research on macroeconomic trends, industrial property markets, and transaction data in Hong Kong
  • Collect, validate, and manage datasets to support investment analysis and portfolio insights
  • Translate research findings into structured, actionable insights for internal stakeholders



Financial Modelling & Portfolio Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance internal cash flow and portfolio models
  • Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and forecasting to support investment decisions
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and operational data across models



Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse portfolio performance, identify trends, and highlight key risks and opportunities
  • Produce regular and ad hoc internal reports with clear data visualisation and commentary
  • Support quarterly valuation processes through data preparation and analytical review



Presentation & Decision Support

  • Prepare concise, data-driven presentations for internal management discussions
  • Synthesise complex data into clear narratives, dashboards, and visual outputs
  • Support internal stakeholders with insights to facilitate strategic and operational decisions



Cross-functional Analytical Support

  • Provide modelling and analytical support to Business Development and Capital Transactions teams for internal evaluation of opportunities
  • Assist in portfolio monitoring, ESG data tracking, and performance analysis
  • Respond to ad hoc data, research, and analytical requests from senior management



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, financial modelling, or research roles; experience within investment banking or real estate funds is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • High attention to detail with strong data validation and quality control discipline
  • Very advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualisation tools is an advantage
  • Strong written English with the ability to present data clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
