Job Description

  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to support leasing strategy and investment decisions.
  • Analyse commercial property performance, rental trends, occupancy data, and competitor positioning.
  • Prepare investment proposals, leasing forecasts, and financial models to evaluate asset performance and future opportunities.
  • Support lease negotiation strategies with data-driven insights and scenario forecasting.
  • Assist in portfolio optimisation, including tenant mix evaluation and revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Collaborate with leasing, asset management, and finance teams to ensure alignment between business goals and market realities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment analysis, leasing analytics, asset management, or real estate research preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data tools; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
