Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and facilitate transactions across a wide range of Private Banking and Wealth Management products, including structured products, foreign exchange solutions, fixed income, funds, and derivatives.
  • Partner closely with Investment Counsellors, Relationship Managers, Product teams, and other stakeholders to support product delivery, sales initiatives, and ongoing product monitoring.
  • Monitor transaction orders and execution status, ensuring timely completion and providing recommendations where appropriate.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support trade execution and transaction processing across multiple asset classes.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market analysis to support investment discussions and product-related initiatives.
  • Support investment and product performance monitoring, including reviewing market developments and product trends.
  • Assist with product launches, product lifecycle management, and investment platform initiatives.
  • Ensure all transactions and activities comply with internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in business projects, platform enhancements, and ad hoc assignments as required.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management, ideally covering investment product & advisory support, execution support, or product management functions.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple asset classes including structured products, FX solutions, fixed income, funds, and derivatives.
  • Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and product lifecycles.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with regional stakeholders and execution teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
