Job Description

As a Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of 10
  • Overseeing financial planning and analysis to support business objectives.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Providing strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.
  • Leading and mentoring the finance team to achieve effective operations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimise financial performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Managing relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A solid background in Accounting & Finance within the payment and credit card industry.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a finance team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
