Job Description

As a Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the finance and accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, working capital, banking relationships, and funding activities.
  • Oversee tax, audit, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with senior management on business strategy, investment decisions, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead and develop high-performing finance teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with proven leadership experience as Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent.
  • Strong treasury background, including cash management, banking facilities, FX exposure, and funding strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
  • Experience working in multinational or sizeable organizations.
  • Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
