Job Description

As a Head of Credit Risk Management, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing credit risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Monitoring and assessing credit risk exposures across portfolios.
  • Leading a team to ensure effective risk controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align risk strategies with business objectives.
  • Providing oversight on credit risk models and stress testing processes.
  • Preparing and presenting risk reports to senior management and relevant committees.
  • Driving continuous improvement in credit risk management practices.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Credit Risk Management should have:

  • A strong background in credit risk management within the financial services industry.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing risk frameworks and policies.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving collaboration across departments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Hong Kong.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
