Job Description

  • Define and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned to business goals
  • Partner closely with C-suite and board members on AI vision and priorities
  • Lead large-scale transformation programmes, embedding AI across functions
  • Identify high-value AI use cases across customer, risk, and operations
  • Build and lead high-performing AI and data science teams
  • Drive adoption of AI solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes
  • Act as a thought leader, presenting "best-in-class" AI strategies internally

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Head should have:

  • Experience in AI, data science, or advanced analytics leadership
  • Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders, including board-level exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to translate AI strategy into commercial impact
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
  • Background in digital, fintech, or highly scaled technology environments preferred
  • Willingness to relocate within Southeast Asia
