Job Description

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Overseeing and managing a high-performing sales team to optimise performance.
  • Analysing market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, supply chain, production, procurement)
  • Collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitoring sales metrics and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in the retail industry with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and sales performance.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and forecasting revenue.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Based in South China with housing allowance
