We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) origination to join our new overseas team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strong client coverage skills, and the ability to originate deals with Southeast Asian SWFs and other institutional investors.

Job Description

As a Senior DCM Origination , your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead origination and execution of offshore bond transactions, including USD-denominated and multi-currency offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sovereign wealth funds, central banks, and institutional investors in Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, trading, research) to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Provide strategic input on market trends, investor appetite, and pricing strategies for offshore issuance.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm's presence in global fixed income markets.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior DCM Origination you should have:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets origination, preferably with exposure to international bond markets.
  • Strong network and proven track record of deal origination with Southeast Asian SWFs and institutional investors.
  • Deep understanding of global fixed income products, issuance processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, building processes and teams from the ground up.
