Job Description

  • Conduct professional fittings for bras, lingerie, and related intimate apparel, ensuring optimal comfort and support.
  • Educate customers on sizing, garment care, and product features to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand sizing standards, fabric properties, and fit technologies.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to provide feedback on fit and customer preferences.
  • Ensure fitting rooms and work areas are clean, organised, and welcoming.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Track and report fitting trends, customer feedback, and inventory needs.



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in lingerie fitting, fashion retail, or garment technology preferred.
  • Strong understanding of body measurements, sizing systems, and garment construction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to make customers feel comfortable.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple appointments.
