Job Description

  • Oversee IT operations, ensuring stability of trading systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage BCP/DR, data backup, user access control, and system availability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audits, and risk controls.
  • Identify and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks; handle incidents and root-cause analysis.
  • Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and vendor/SLA management.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures (firewall, intrusion detection, access control).
  • Provide IT support across infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365, and end-users.
  • Lead and manage a small IT team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years IT experience in financial services (securities/banking preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of trading systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, networks (Cisco/TCP/IP), and databases.
  • Experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, and BCP/DR.
  • Familiar with financial regulatory requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
