Our client is a well-known and fast-growing platform business with a strong market presence across the region. As part of its continued expansion and corporate development initiatives, they are seeking a high-calibre Finance Manager to support IPO-related projects and drive key FP&A activities.

Job Description

  • Participate in IPO preparation and execution, including financial due diligence, regulatory compliance, financial reporting enhancement, and liaison with external advisors.
  • Support corporate finance and capital market initiatives related to listing readiness.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Develop financial models, management reports, and KPI dashboards for senior management.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in optimizing financial processes, internal controls, and reporting frameworks.
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects as assigned by senior management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Qualified CPA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Strong preference for candidates with Big 4 audit/advisory experience.
  • Candidates with Big 4 + commercial experience gained from reputable corporations are also highly welcomed.
  • Experience supporting IPO projects, listed companies, transaction services, or corporate finance initiatives will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and business partnering skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
