Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across funds and related entities.
  • Partner with senior management to provide financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee fund finance operations, including cash management, investor reporting, fund administration, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and fund governing requirements.
  • Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, banks, and other service providers.
  • Support fund launches, capital raising, treasury activities, and strategic initiatives through financial modelling and business case analysis.
  • Oversee governance, corporate secretarial matters, and operational infrastructure across fund structures and investment vehicles.
  • Lead fund valuation and performance analysis, including IRR, MOIC, carried interest, and portfolio return reporting.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Strong expertise in accounting and finance within the financial services industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience especially in the private credit industry.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage financial risks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
