About Our Client

Our client is a well-established Hong Kong-listed PRC real estate investment and development group. They are currently looking for a Finance Manager support the company's business expansion.

Job Description

  • Lead financial planning and financial analysis while overseeing the preparation of management and statutory reports.
  • Manage the financial operations of development and investment projects, ensuring timely reporting, cost control, and achievement of key deadlines.
  • Partner with senior management and business stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and project-related risks, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Oversee audit, tax compliance, and statutory reporting processes in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, lawyers, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Lead and develop the finance team while collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient financial closing and operational workflows.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CICPA, or equivalent.
  • 10 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Prior experience within a listed PRC real estate development and/or property investment company is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and Mainland China accounting standards, taxation, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with finance ERP systems such as Xero, ABSS, Yongyou, or similar platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
