Job Description

As a Finance Manager: Accounting & Budgeting, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage accounting activities to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
  • Lead the budgeting process and prepare budgets that support operational planning.
  • Review financial data and reports to provide clear information for decision-making.
  • Monitor budget performance and highlight material variances for follow-up.
  • Prepare management reports that present financial results in a clear format.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on budget inputs and financial planning needs.
  • Maintain consistent accounting and budgeting documentation within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Improve finance reporting processes to strengthen the quality and timeliness of information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager: Accounting & Budgeting should have:

  • Practical capability in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Experience in budgeting, budget monitoring and variance analysis.
  • Ability to review financial data and present clear financial information.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and management reporting processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders on accounting and budgeting matters.
  • Careful attention to accuracy when handling financial records and reports.
