Job Description

As a Finance Head, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead day-to-day fund finance activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare timely financial information to support business planning and review.
  • Review fund-related financial data and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate finance reporting activities to provide clear and consistent updates.
  • Maintain organised finance documentation for effective record keeping.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to gather information required for finance processes.
  • Monitor finance deadlines and ensure key deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Improve the accuracy and efficiency of routine fund finance activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Head should have:

  • Practical capability in fund finance activities and financial reporting.
  • USD Fund Accounting experience
  • Good Mandarin is a must
  • Experience reviewing financial data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to manage finance deliverables and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Confidence coordinating finance information across internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling financial documentation.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on resolution.
