About Our Client

My client is a fast growing and expanding organisation in the leisure and hospitality sector. This is an exciting new headcount to support and drive the growth of the business from a people and operational perspective.

Job Description

  • Lead the finance function and set clear priorities for day-to-day financial operations.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support informed business decisions.
  • Develop financial plans that align with operational needs and business objectives.
  • Review financial performance and highlight key trends for management consideration.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and clear reporting processes.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organisation to clarify financial requirements.
  • Improve finance processes to strengthen accuracy, efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Present financial information in a clear format for senior decision-makers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Qualified CPA (i.e. HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA)
  • At least 15-20 years of relevant working experience
  • Candidates must have worked in the hospitality, hotels, F&B, entertainment or related sectors
  • Full pledge finance leadership capability
  • Experience preparing financial reports, analysis and management information.
  • Ability to develop financial plans and review business performance.
  • Language in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
