About Our Client

Our client is a top tier offshore law firm with a strong transactions business across corporate & funds.

Job Description

The Corporate Paralegal will support on work relating to US IPO and other general corporate matters such as M&A. The Funds Paralegal will support on investment funds work with a particular focus on the crypto/web3 industry. Both roles will involve the Paralegal assisting with legal research (across different jurisdictions), drafting and preparation of legal documents, liaising with external parties and overall legal admin support to the team.

The Successful Applicant

The required candidate will be a law degree holder with ideally 2+ years of relevant Paralegal experience from a transactional practice area. Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, whilst Cantonese will be beneficial.
