Job Description



Sales-Focused Candidates:

  • Drive distribution and AUM growth of ETF products across institutional, private banking, and intermediary clients in Hong Kong
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including asset allocators, wealth platforms, and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy execution
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to deliver tailored ETF solutions to clients
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, roadshows, and industry events
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence and investor feedback to internal stakeholders



Product-Focused Candidates:

  • Support the development and positioning of ETF product strategies aligned with market demand
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product feasibility assessments
  • Work on ETF launches, including coordination with internal functions such as compliance, operations, and marketing
  • Create and maintain product materials (pitch books, factsheets, investment narratives)
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver product training and client-facing support
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements or new opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; CFA or other relevant qualifications are preferred
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience in ETF sales, ETF product, or related roles within reputable financial institutions
  • Strong knowledge of ETFs, index investing, and capital markets in Hong Kong and Asia
  • Proven track record (for sales candidates) or demonstrated product execution experience (for product candidates)
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential
