About Our Client

A global leading Power Infrastructure Platform is seeking an experienced Director of Fundraising to spearhead capital raising and investor relations initiatives across international markets

Job Description

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve fundraising targets
  • Drive successful fund closings, and support the firm's long-term growth objectives
  • Build and manage relationships with a broad network of institutional investors
  • Lead the full fundraising process from investor origination and engagement through roadshows, due diligence, commercial negotiations, and fund closing activities
  • Design and implement a proactive investor relations framework, ensuring consistent communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and long-term partnerships with existing and prospective investors
  • Prepare and continuously enhance investor marketing materials, presentations, and fundraising documentation, translating investment strategies and portfolio performance into compelling investment propositions
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support fund structuring, fundraising execution, regulatory compliance, and investor-related matters across multiple jurisdictions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment across private markets, infrastructure, and alternative investments
  • Provide strategic insights on product positioning and capital-raising opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new sources of capital, strategic partnerships, while representing the firm at investor meetings, industry conferences, and international fundraising events

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or relevant
  • At least 8 years' experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital formation, private equity, infrastructure, or alternative investment platforms
  • Proven track record of successfully raising institutional capital and delivering multiple fund closings across private market investment vehicles
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, fundraising processes, investor due diligence requirements, and commercial negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and expand senior-level relationships with institutional investors and key market participants globally
  • Exceptional business development, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to prepare fundraising material and deliver compelling investor presentations
  • Strategic, commercially minded, and highly self-driven professional with strong execution capabilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively to support fundraising and investor engagement activities
