We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to drive end‑to‑end delivery of strategic digital and technology initiatives under the Technology, Digital Delivery & Transformation (TDA) PMO.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation and mobilization through execution for large‑scale digital and technology initiatives.
  • Work closely with project sponsors and business stakeholders to prepare business cases, secure governance approval, and drive execution.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Provide clear and structured reporting to senior management and steering committees.
  • Act as a key liaison between Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and PMO teams.
  • Manage external vendors and delivery partners, including RFP, SOW preparation, delivery oversight, and performance management.
  • Coordinate offshore or outsourced delivery teams to ensure alignment with internal standards and objectives.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Manage formal change management and governance processes, including required technical and production approvals.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements.
  • Lead and support project team members, including contract and outsourced resources.
  • Foster cross‑project collaboration and continuous improvement in project delivery capability.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years of experience in project / program management, preferably within financial services, consulting, or large‑scale digital transformation environments.
  • Proven experience delivering complex digital or technology change initiatives.
  • Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Strong project governance, financial management, and delivery discipline.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, think strategically, and solve problems proactively.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is an advantage.
  • Self‑driven and able to work independently in fast‑paced environments.
