We are looking for a highly skilled DevSecOps Team Lead to champion secure, automated, and scalable software delivery across enterprise platforms. This role requires balancing release agility with strong security governance, driving cultural and technological transformation, and managing large-scale CI/CD/CT operations. The successful candidate will lead a distributed team and embed automation and security throughout the software lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a geographically distributed DevSecOps team, including remote engineers in China.
  • Govern and optimize the SDLC process, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
  • Embed security controls into development workflows without compromising delivery speed.
  • Drive an automation-first culture across development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Manage and scale CI/CD/CT pipelines for high-volume builds and releases.
  • Support enterprise-level audits, ensuring traceability and transparency.
  • Lead cultural and technological transformation initiatives within enterprise IT environments.
  • Explore and integrate Generative AI technologies to enhance DevSecOps capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tooling, processes, and developer experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC governance, release management, and security integration.
  • Proven experience in enterprise auditing and compliance.
  • Expertise in large-scale CI/CD/CT pipelines with integrated security scans.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms:
  • Nexus, Jenkins, Prisma, Veracode
  • Kubernetes (k8s), Docker
  • Atlassian Suite: Bitbucket, Confluence, JIRA
  • Strong coding skills in Groovy and Python.
  • Experience leading remote teams, especially in China.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in financial services or banking.
