  • Supervising trade service operations to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Managing daily workflows and ensuring timely processing of trade transactions.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
  • Monitoring and mitigating operational risks within the trade services department.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure high-performance standards.
  • Preparing reports and presenting operational updates to senior management.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of trade services operations within the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with banking and financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
