Our client is currently looking for a Content Designer/ Content Designer Lead to focus with UX copywriting for digital platform, candidate should aligns with brand values and collaborate with UX team with content interaction and flow of information. Successful candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience in content design, with good knowledge in UX copywriting for digital platform.

Our client is one of the leading bank in Hong Kong, the department is currently looking for a Content Designer/ Content Designer Lead to be responsible for digital UX copywriting and translate business needs in clear content outline.

Job Description

  • Developing and optimising high-quality, user-centric content for digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Conducting user research to inform content strategies and decisions.
  • Managing the content design process, from ideation to execution.
  • Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital content.
  • Testing and refining content based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Driving innovation in content design practices within the digital team.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, if applicable.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree holder of Communications, Design, Journalism, Language, Digital or related disciplines
  • At least 5 yeas of working experience under UX copywriting, content design, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic content across digital platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
