Job Description

As a Co-investment Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential co-investment opportunities.
  • Structuring and executing investment deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Preparing detailed investment memos and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and providing actionable insights to enhance returns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support investment decision-making processes.
  • Staying updated with market trends and identifying growth equity opportunities.
  • Participating in strategic discussions to align investments with organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Co-investment Senior Associate should have:

  • A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or investment banking (TMT/Healthcare preferred)
  • Strong track record in Series A-B stage investments or transactions
  • Solid analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Strong interest in innovation-driven sectors; healthcare / life sciences background is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills, open for business trip.
