Our client is currently looking for a Client Solution Associate Director with focus in managing APAC private banking client and assist relationship manager, prepare onboarding documents, client documentation checking with strong knowledge in Private banking markets. The successful candidate should have at least 8 years of working experience in KYC/ Client onboarding / ARM field within private banks or wealth management.

The bank is renowned for its long-term approach to wealth management, offering comprehensive private banking, investment, and advisory solutions. Their department is looking for a Client Solution Associate Director with focus in assisting APAC PB client, relationship manager with good commercial sense in PB market.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing client-centric financial solutions tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking and financial services.
  • Providing expert advice on financial products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Managing client relationships and addressing queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the financial services industry.
  • Preparing detailed reports and analyses to support business strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assisting in the development of new financial services and products.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of working experience in client onboarding/ KYC/ ARM within private banking
  • Strong commercial sense, problem-solving and solution oriented skills
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
