Our client is a leading consultancy firm in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Evaluating construction project risks and providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
  • Conducting site inspections to assess compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Preparing detailed risk assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with underwriters to analyse risk exposure and determine policy terms.
  • Providing technical advice on construction methods and materials to minimise risk.
  • Monitoring ongoing projects to ensure adherence to risk management strategies.
  • Staying updated on industry regulations and standards relevant to construction and insurance.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Experience in the insurance or construction industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in risk assessment and construction analysis.
