Page Executive is seeking a seasoned CFO with a minimum of 30 years of accounting and finance experience, with the majority of their career spent within the manufacturing sector. We are particularly interested in speaking with finance leaders who are passionate about developing and mentoring the next generation of finance talent, and who can play a pivotal role in building high-performing finance teams.

Our client is a well-established Hong Kong listed manufacturing group with a strong market presence and a proven track record of growth across Greater China and international markets. As part of its ongoing business transformation and long-term strategic development, the company is seeking a highly accomplished CFO to join the executive leadership team.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Lead the ERP system implementation and enhancement.
  • Develop a solid and sustainable SSC model.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk effectively.
  • Leading and developing the accounting and finance team to achieve organisational goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate and execute business opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board and relevant parties.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Qualified Accountant
  • At least 30 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • Must have manufacturing experience as an industry knowledge
  • Candidates with a Big 4 background is a plus
  • Strong in ERP System Implementation
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
