Job Description

As a Chief Financial Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic financial plans to align with business objectives
  • Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Managing risk assessment and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Lead transformation across finance processes, systems, and organisational structures to enhance efficiency, agility, and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Oversee capital structure, funding strategy, liquidity management, and treasury operations to support growth plans
  • Providing leadership to the accounting and finance team to enhance performance
  • Collaborating with senior management to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
  • Monitoring cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics
  • Driving financial technology adoption to improve operational efficiency
  • Communicating financial insights and strategies to stakeholders and board members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Financial Officer should have:

  • Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance or a related discipline
  • Professional Accounting Qualifications (i.e. HKICPA, CPA etc)
  • At least 20-25 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in a CFO equivalent capacity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels (including Board)
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives
  • Strong command of languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
