Job Description

As a Chief Financial Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Managing financial reporting and presenting key insights to stakeholders.
  • Leading the accounting and finance team to achieve organisational goals.
  • Implementing effective financial controls and risk management strategies.
  • Developing and executing financial strategies to support business growth.
  • Liaising with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
  • Providing strategic advice to the senior management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Financial Officer should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance within the financial services industry.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
