About Our Client

We are seeking an experienced Director, Business Process Reengineering & Digital Transformation to lead large-scale operational transformation initiatives across our global manufacturing network.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving process excellence, operational standardization, digitalization, and ERP/MES-enabled transformation across facilities in Asia, Europe, North America, and etc.

The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in business process reengineering, manufacturing operations, Lean principles, ERP/MES implementation, and change management with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries and cultures.

This role is ideal for a transformation leader who thrives in complex global environments and enjoys turning strategy into measurable operational results.

Job Description

As a Business Process Reengineering Director (Global), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing current business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and implement process optimisation strategies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilising technology to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance.
  • Monitoring and measuring the impact of process changes to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Providing training and guidance to teams on new processes and systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Process Reengineering Director should have:

  • Strong expertise in process optimisation and reengineering within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Experience working with technology-driven solutions to enhance business operations.
  • Technically strong in
    • ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or equivalent
    • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
    • Lean Manufacturing
    • Continuous Improvement methodologies
    • Process mapping and redesign
    • Industrial engineering principles
    • Digital manufacturing technologies
    • Automation and AI-enabled operational solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Educational qualifications in business, technology, computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
