About Our Client

Our client is a long-established multinational manufacturing organisation serving leading global consumer brands. With extensive operations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, the company is investing heavily in operational excellence, process standardisation, automation, and digital transformation to support its next phase of growth. This is a newly enhanced leadership opportunity for an experienced transformation professional to drive enterprise-wide business process re-engineering and establish best-in-class operating practices across multiple international locations.

Job Description

  • Business Process Transformation: Lead global process improvement and standardisation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive ERP, MES, automation, and digitalization projects to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity, quality, and scalability.
  • Change Management & Capability Building: Develop process documentation, training programs, and best practices while coaching teams on BPR methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Partner with cross-functional and regional leaders to successfully deliver strategic transformation projects and business objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines.
  • 15+ years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement leadership roles.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites and geographies.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, process optimisation, and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, MES, automation technologies, and enterprise digitisation programs.
  • Knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction) processes within consumer products or manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, and emerging digital technologies is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and change management capabilities.
  • Experience leading multicultural teams within complex, global organisations.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% when required).
