The role supports business transformation and operational enhancement initiatives across investment servicing functions.Job DescriptionGather, assess, and document business requirements related to asset servicing, post-trade processing, and custody operations.Work closely with operations, product, technology, and external vendors to develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency, risk control, and regulatory compliance across asset servicing functions.Analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities across corporate actions, securities settlement, reconciliation activities, and related operational workflows.Support the delivery of business and technology initiatives impacting asset servicing platforms, operating models, and regulatory change programmes.Coordinate with technology teams and third-party vendors to implement solutions supporting custody, settlement, corporate actions, and other post-trade operational processes.Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, design decisions, testing artefacts, and implementation records.Partner with business stakeholders, testing teams, vendors, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions are delivered according to agreed specifications.Facilitate stakeholder communication, manage requirement changes, and support successful solution delivery from analysis through implementation.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project delivery credentials are advantageous.At least 4 years of Business Analysis or Solution Delivery experience within financial services, banking, securities services, or capital markets environments.Proven experience supporting asset servicing operations, including one or more of the following areas:Custody ServicesSecurities SettlementCash & Asset ReconciliationFund AdministrationIncome ProcessingExperience delivering technology implementations, process transformation initiatives, or regulatory change programmes relating to asset servicing platforms and operational workflows.Strong understanding of the end-to-end asset servicing lifecycle and interactions across front-office, middle-office, and back-office functions.Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end solution delivery lifecycles using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.Solid understanding of asset servicing products, post-trade operations, and market infrastructure processes.Knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements affecting asset servicing functions.Ability to analyse operational processes, identify optimisation opportunities, and convert business requirements into effective technology solutions.Experience working with custodians, market infrastructure providers, third-party vendors, or financial technology partners is highly desirable.Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.What's on OfferCompetitive monthly salary.This role offers a role for experienced business analysts to contribute to impactful projects. apply to move forward in your career.ContactCathy LiQuote job refJN-102026-7119778Phone number+852 25306137Job summaryFunctionITSpecialisationIT Business AnalysisWhat is your area of specialisation?Financial ServicesLocationKowloonJob Type:TemporaryConsultant nameCathy LiConsultant phone+852 25306137Job ReferenceJN-102026-7119778
