Job Description



  • Lead, coach and develop branch staff to achieve business targets while fostering a high-performance and customer-focused team culture.


  • Oversee daily branch operations, including account on-boarding, customer due diligence reviews, remittances, cash management and other banking services.


  • Act as the escalation point for complex transactions and operational issues, providing expert guidance and ensuring resolutions are in line with internal policies and procedures.


  • Deliver exceptional post-sales support and relationship servicing to high-net-worth clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.


  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk controls and internal governance standards, while supporting business initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree or above.


  • Minimum of 8 year's banking experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on exposure to account opening and maintenance, remittance processing, and cash management activities.


  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management capacity.


  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving operational excellence, improving processes, and managing team performance effectively.


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and numerical skills, coupled with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.


  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional banking environment
