About Our Client

Our client is seeking energetic, sales-driven, and customer-focused individuals to join their Retail Relationship Manager Trainee Programme. This programme is designed to develop future Relationship Managers through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to retail banking and wealth management businesses.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training programme covering retail banking, wealth management, investment, insurance, and lending products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with personal banking and affluent customers.
  • Identify customer's financial needs and recommend suitable banking and wealth management solutions.
  • Acquire new-to-bank customers through referrals, networking, and various business development activities.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong passion for sales, relationship management, and wealth management.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Strong learning agility and willingness to build a career in retail banking sales.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Candidates possessing IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and/or HKSI licensing qualifications will be an advantage.
