Job Description

  • Conducting comprehensive KYC reviews and due diligence for private banking clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitoring and updating client records to reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address KYC-related queries and issues.
  • Identifying and reporting potential risks or suspicious activities to the relevant teams.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members on KYC processes.
  • Participating in audits and regulatory reviews as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in private banking/ Wealth Management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential risks.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems and tools.
