Job Description

  • Act as a FBP to a key business unit, supporting overall performance and delivery of financial targets
  • Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide clear, actionable insights
  • Partner closely with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in collaboration with the Accounting team during month-end close
  • Monitor business performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency
  • Strengthen governance by implementing control measures, including receivables review and asset safeguarding
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial discipline, operational effectiveness, and support the development of future finance leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CPA qualification or equivalent
  • 8 - 10 years of work experience in accounting, FP&A, and finance business partnering, ideally within a multinational or large-scale organization
  • Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firmandd direct team leadership is highly preferred
  • Experience in the IT industry and/or project accounting is advantageous
