Job Description

  • Managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Supporting month-end closing activities and ensuring accurate reconciliations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Assisting in audit preparations and providing necessary documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in CPA firm/public accounting or retail/wholesale accounting would be an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, Navision) is preferred.
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
