Job Description

As APAC Project & Sustainability Integration Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sustainability strategies aligned with ESG goals for the APAC projects.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Monitoring energy usage and proposing solutions to reduce environmental impact.
  • Managing vendor relationships for maintenance and sustainability projects.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on sustainability and maintenance performance to stakeholders.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance resource efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and regulations in sustainability and ESG practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Sustainability, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail or high-end commercial environments
  • Proven expertise in sustainability practices.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements in APAC.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive annual salary between HKD 700000 and HKD 850000.
