Job Description

As an AI/ML Platform Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise AI/ML platform capabilities across the technology ecosystem.
  • Build and integrate software services, APIs, and platform components to enable advanced data and AI solutions.
  • Enhance platform reliability, performance, observability, and operational efficiency through automation and monitoring.
  • Partner with cross-functional technology teams to implement modern engineering and continuous delivery practices.
  • Support the deployment and lifecycle management of machine learning and analytics solutions in production environments.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to strengthen platform scalability and maintainability.
  • Contribute to infrastructure and cloud modernization initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI/ML Platform Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise application development.
  • Strong programming capability with modern development languages and frameworks.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, data platforms, or advanced analytics environments.
  • Experience working with cloud, containerization, automation, or infrastructure-as-code technologies would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, system monitoring, and platform support best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
