Job Description

As an AI Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver AI applications using RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation.
  • Build, test, evaluate, and deploy AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production following SDLC best practices.
  • Develop and integrate AI services with internal and external APIs/MCPs.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, and Product Owners in an agile, continuous delivery environment.
  • Research and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance business capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AliCloud) and relevant certifications.
  • MLOps/LLMOps within large-scale enterprise environments.
  • AI orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Dify, or n8n.
  • Vector databases including Milvus, Elasticsearch, or Qdrant.
  • LLM platforms such as OpenAI or DeepSeek.
  • Data engineering tools such as Airflow and Spark.
  • Infrastructure and DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, and Ansible.
  • Testing frameworks such as PyTest, JUnit, and JMeter.
  • Experience in financial services and working within international teams.
