Job Description

As an AI Developer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and deploying AI models to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Drive AI feature development for core business systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Conducting research to stay updated on the latest AI technologies and applications.
  • Analysing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Optimising machine learning algorithms for performance and scalability.
  • Providing technical support and guidance for AI-related projects.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining code repositories for AI models.
  • Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all AI implementations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Developer should have:

  • A solid background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • With 2+ years of system development experience; experience in the asset management industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in at least one of Java, Python or C++; hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding)
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets and data processing techniques.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, data security, and compliance requirements.
