Job Description

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting with monthly closings.
  • Managing accounts payable processes efficiently.
  • Following up the payment for vendors of the firm and maintain records in the system.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team for month-end closings activities.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
